Zenon Iwachiw, BA, EMBA, Senior V.P., Business Development

As Senior Vice President, Business Development, Zen works on behalf of real estate developers and commercial owners, arranging all types of real estate loans- land loans, servicing, construction financing, takeout, mezzanine, as well as, mortgage financing on their commercial real estate portfolios. Zenon has financed all major asset classes including land development, retail, office, industrial and multi-family.

Zenon brings over 35 years of commercial banking experience.  Prior to joining CFO Capital, Zenon was Regional Vice President, Business Banking at Meridian Credit Union, where he managed the GTA Team, Meridian’s largest commercial unit. He also managed the Central Ontario unit at one time and established a new unit in Ottawa.  Prior to that, Zenon held numerous managerial roles with Scotiabank over 20+ years, throughout the GTA, including Scotia Plaza, Etobicoke CBC, Vaughan CBC,  and as AGM/Centre Manager, Midtown CBC @ Yonge and Bloor.

Zenon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in business and economics (University of Toronto) and an Executive MBA with Schulich School of Business.
